We have a side by side maytag plus refridgerator freezer that has frost on and behind the back panel of the inside of the freezer. Everyting started to thaw. This happened to us before and we were told that there wasnt proper circulation in the freeze. We have thrown everything away and emptied both fridge and freezer but I can't remember how the problem was corrected. Can we just unplug the appliance and wait for it to thaw and dry out and start all over again?
