We have a side by side refrigerator approx. 2-3 yrs old. Stainless (sateen finish). We recently moved and had the refrigerator moved by professional movers, who were very careful with it. Since the move, we plugged it in and then put several packages of meat in it and it was starting to get soft in the freezer after being in there overnight. What could be the problem and it should it be covered under a warranty?
