We have an RS21 fridge

We have an RS21 fridge freezer. Always freezing up. Last week, under the newly announced extended warranty (seen on Watchdog) it was 'fixed' again with some new parts. Fine for a week BUT Today it has stopped working altogether.Just warm inside. Freezer has totally defrosted and we've lost a lot of food! We turned it off at mains and on again.Nothing. Internal light still work but it is silent. No error message though. Can you help? Thanks Jeanne and david
