we have 3 offices that we want to lease out and share office space with. Not sure how to advertise for it. We have an office with a reception/waiting area, 2 private bathrooms, kitchenette, conference room and 5 private offices. Too much space for us now, we could grow into later . Would like to rent out 3 small offices and share other parts of office. how do I advertise or what guidelines should I do? please help thanks

  1. List it like, "Single Office for professional with access to conference room, kitchen, ec. Maybe give specific size of office and state your area of business so you don't have a conflict.( If you're an Accountant then you don't want an Accountant renting your space.


  2. I agree with Ed to advertise:  "1 to 3 offices for rent or lease.  Share reception area, conference room and kitchenette.  Call x*x-xxxx"  

    Suggest contacting Business Brokers found in phone book.  They deal in startup/ takeovers and their clients may be looking.  Give them some flyers to hand out -- no fees .  They are just helping their clients locate.

    To cinch a deal, you can include electric,and cleaning the offices in your rent.
