The voltage for the machine is 110Volts and the VA is 30. Is that the same as 30 watt. The convertors range so much in price. Can anyone tell me if a basic convertor will be OK to use with 240 volt.

  1. come, tell me. what is a breat pump dear, kind sir

  2. your first concern is to have an output  voltage for the pump that is equal or near (equal is better)  its requirements. your converter should output the needed voltage and shall have equall or more watts/VA rating relative to your pump requirements.  technically VA is diffrent from wattts. but practically it is the same. look at the specification of the converter if it is ok to plug in a 220 voltage source

  3. Yes, 30VA is the same as Watts.  Almost all your conventional down-converters should work.
