We have dishnetwork and our parental block is messed up?

Question

well when i went in to set the parental block up. we have a super dish with a 2 remote reciever. and when i set it up it never asked me to set a password but the parental block is still there, so basicly it made its own password and i dont know what it is. please help...is there a way to totaly reset the system?
