    I did not read the whole thing but you might try using the miracle grow citrus tree spikes.  You will place them around the drip line of the tree.  Do you just have one tree?  You may need a 2nd one for pollination.

  3. depending on how far away from your tree is another mango tree needed for cross pollination if one is to far away you might need to plant another one
