We have no any proof of birth certificate plz tell me how can apply B.Certificate in Delhi?

Record of Birth is maintained with the Ward Officer of the Municipal Corporation in the town / City / you were born. You must be aware at to your place of Birth. You have to approach the concerned Ward officer with the date of Birth and apply for the certificate. If the details submitted matches with the records available with the Municipality than there is no problem.

It will not be practical for you to obtain a birth certificate from Delhi, if you were not born in Delhi. Your Parents must be aware of the date of birth, the place you were  born, and perhaps the hospital or clinic where the birth took place.

Hospitals & Clinics have obligations to report Birth to the municipal ward offices and you can obtain precise record from the said source when all other efforts fail to materialise.

What you need to do is call the city or town hall building in the state that you were born in and ask for a copy of your birth certificate if they have it and tell them where to send it and you have to pay a fee... When you do that you should get that paper within a couple of days or a week or two...
