  1. If the gate is on your property there is nothing she can do. If the gate is on someone else's property she could complain to the landowner. If the gate is on her property she could remove it and have you pay for any damage caused.

  2. Nothing if it is wholly on your property and there are no rights of way over your property.

  3. If it's on your property and you haven't violated any local ordinances by installing it your neighbor can't do anything about it.

If you attached it to her property, like the side of her house, you can be liable for damages to her property.

Fences running on the property line are generally considered the property of both owners and can be attached to, as long as you do it on your side and don't hinder the operation of her side of the fence or her gate.

  4. need more info...this is too vague.

  5. Good fences make for good neighbors.  Perhaps your fence is not good enough.  I too would be upset if you erected some Jerry rigged contraption next to my yard.  Erect a proper fence, with input from your neighbor, and life will return to it's proper balance.

  6. If the fence is on your property its your fence. What I don't understand is why they would care unless the gate opened onto their property(which is no different than no fence)

  7. if it is on your property nothing but if you have any fixing on hers then she can make you remove fixings and repair any damage tht has been made to as it was before

  8. if she dose not have use of the gate theres nothing she can do .but if u have fixed it ti her property then u needed her OK about it.
