We have six cats and this one weird problem

Question

We have 5 male cats (neutered) & one female cat (fixed). Gordo, whom we took in a year ago from being a stray, is still very skittish around everybody. But 2 of my males & my female cat out of the blue like to go up to Gordo and mount him and bite his neck and he cries and he really can't get away.

Why are they doing this? They didn't do this when he first came here a year ago. I always have to run in and save him from the others. This happen to anyone else and do you know why?

its a dominance thing. our oldest two males do that to the other ones and sometimes each other. they are all fixed as well. i would invest in a good water bottle with the stream setting.

I had 2 kitten siblings, both 6 months. The brother used to do that to his sister (both fixed by the way). I think it's about "who's boss" or it's just a cat thing.

they dont like Gordo i would find him a better home maybe a friend who will takee him in!
