and the liquid went all through it. No one swam in it today. I just backwashed the filter and rinse it, then I shocked it. Will this get rid of the oily liquid. I didn't see any on top of the surface, I'm hoping it went in the filter. Any suggestions on what else to do, and will this hurt us to go swimming tomorrow?

  1. You're fine. There was not enough of the Torch Light Fluid to do any damage...it  fully dissipated in the chlorinated water overnight.

  2. Your tiki light had nothing but a small amount of lamp oil (kerosene) in it.  If you you can't see any sheen on top of the pool the filter did it's job and you are fine.
