We have to run 1 Mile in PE today. How do I survive it????

I hate running. And its like 75 degrees out side. : (

  1. Run putting your heel down first this will save from straining your calves and give more endurance.


  2. Don't try and go all out at first.  Pace yourself and try to run the whole way.  When you are done, it will feel good to have finished it.

  3. 75 dgress is not hot just go slow

  4. take your time and steady pace and bring music that pumps you up and no matter what DONT STOP unless you absolutly have to k!!!! good luck

  5. Drink plenty of water before the run to make sure you're completely hydrated.  You can also eat a banana just before the run for some quick energy...it will also help to prevent you from cramping.
