We just got a used Nascar tire w/ bar code, how do we find out who it belong to?

Trying to search for a way to identify tire by bar codes.

I think the number of the car it was on is on the tire, also what #set it was and where on the tire...for instance 18 4 LR...so that would me it was on the #18 car, it was the fourth set, and it was on the left rear.  Something very similar to that.

Track temperature, air pressure before placement on car and after they come off, laps ran, where the tire was on the car, car toe and camber for front tires.

With what I was able to find and figure out...the tire was used for 54 laps by the 31 car...which is Jeff Burton....It was the Left Rear tire and it was from the 4th set.  I think this is the infor that you wanted.  The rest is temp etc...I
