We lack motivation!!?

I am in the military, and most of the time we find ourself lacking motivation. Our leadership has come up with an idea to involved everyone. They want everyone to come up with ideas on how to make things better with in our company. Now its sort of a competition. Anything would help.

Encourage your superiors to get down to it and LEARN their job.--If there is such a dearth of ideas among them - then get out and join another unit- by hook or by crook.
