We lost an Ash tree last night, pulled up at the roots by the wind. Does it have any value?

It is a very large tree. At least 50 years old. It should have some good lumber in it, I would hate to see it wasted as firewood. Does a single tree like this hold any value for sale?

  1. not anymore the trees have been sighted in many states for

    cutting due to ash borer beatles. the feds have made it

    manditory to destroy any feld tree, and you can not transport

    them outside county lines

  4. Ash burns hot so someone with a wood stove would love it. Ash trees are being attacked by the ash borer and aren't allowed to be move to far from it's area. Check to make sure.call your local conservation authority.
