Check into renting a 3 bedroom condo or sublease and offer a deposit double or triple the amount asked.

Renting ANY place is very difficult with bad credit - most places will not rent any place to you, much less a 3 bed.

The only option is to find a place that will take bad credit with a higher Security Deposit.

Depending on how bad your credit is, you will very possibly have to settle for a smaller apartment if you can get one at all.

I'm a landlord.  If you explain the me exactly why you have not paid your bills on time in the past..... but you will pay me on time; i will rent to you.
