I might suggest socialized insects like bees, and ants. Everyone follows orders given hormonally from the queen, and does a certain job to make it all run smoothly. They all have "positions" on the team and take command from the coach, the queen. Hope this was what you were asking.

I'd love to help  you out and answer your question, but I'm afraid I don't understand what you are asking.  Human "coaching"?  You want to know if there is an insect or animal that coaches other animals, like in a football game??  Or, are you asking what animal  is affected the most by human encroachment?
