Seriously, the ouija board is just a board game that work on the ideomotor effect. They don't conjure spirits, supposing spirits even exist. It's a kids game.

You can find Ouija boards on eBay, or you can find spirit boards on just about any Wicca supply website...a few sites you might try are listed below. As far as a good kind there isn't really a preferred brand or anything like that as far as I know. It just depends on your personal taste and how you plan on using it. ( as a game or  as a form of communication or divination) but It is not something you should mess around with unless you have experience.

None of them! You should never use them if you are inexperienced in that sort of thing. I have used plenty of them (including homemade ones, yes it is possible to make them if you know the right incantation) in the past and not one of the occasions ended on a good note.

First off if you need paranormal help, then you need to be more specific. If things are happening in your home then a ouija board is not the way to go. A ouija board is a tool used to contact spirits, good, AND evil. It is not used to try and contact a spirit in your house because 99 % of the time it wont. But just to answer your question, if you know how to then a ouija board can basically be made from anything, but if your lazy you can pick one up at Wal Mart made by Parker Bros. they all work the same.

I dont think a ouija board is good to use because the board acts as a oracle and once you use it the dimentional portal never closes and thats not a good thing.  That is if you beleave in such a thing.
