We need to change a flight date to another date, can you do it online?

Were using TACA.

PROBLEM:

my grandma was supposed to leave on June 12, 08 at 3 am but the doctor said she must stay to be fully healthy, so we found out about this thing with the doctor today June 11, 08 and we now need to change the date to 2 weeks later..can you do it online or do you have to go to the airline ..please answer as soon as possible I'll appreciate it alot.:)

  1. That depends on how you made your reservation. If you made with the airlines website, call the airlines NOW!!!

    If not, call the place of the website where you made your reservation. There should be customer service phone numbers on your confirmation sheets.
