You would begin the process by contacting your lawyer and asking that firm to set up the operation with a law firm known in the aviation marketplace.

If you actually are serious and have the millions of dollars necessary to buy these aircraft, contact an aircraft broker.  Somehow I doubt the seriousness of somebody trying to complete a multi-million dollar purchase on Answers...
