  1. Why is this a question?  You should be looking for teachers in more appropriate websites.  Vietnam is a big commitment for a teacher to go and volunteer, you should at least state your organization (NPO), purpose and method of contact.  


  2. Why volunteers? Surely there are well qualified English teachers looking for work out there who fulfill the criteria?

    By taking volunteers in this sector, you are helping to put people out of work.
