We need your opinions on Baby Names

Question

Thanks to everyone who gave their opinions on the long list of baby names in our last question. With your help my wife and I were able to condense the list of names down to a select few.

We need you to tell us you favorite of one of the boys names and one of the girls names. We are still open to suggestions!

BOY:

However, I personally like Katherine Elizabeth or Emily Alexis (still using your names, just put together differently) better than any of the girls names that you have listed.

My sons called William - love the name. As for a girls name - my name is Elizabeth and I dont know anyone who has my name who actually likes it - hence Lily. Ella Kate is very pretty. Alexis just reminds me of Dynasty !!

For boys:  Nathaniel Lucas, although Dylan Lucas sounds good too.  

For girls:  Ella Kate, although i think I personally like Ella Alexis.

Nathanael Lucas is a lovely name but I would spell it the traditional was as Nathaniel.

Ella Kate is a beautiful name.

I think that Nathan Lucas is the perfect name for a boy.

Nathaniel Patrick

Elizabeth Kate or Alexis Kate

Nicknames:

Nathaniel-> Nathan / Nate

Elizabeth->Lizzie

Alexis->Lexi

I actually like Nathan William! LOL! I know it not one you put on here.

I do like Nathan Lucas but think it better as Nathan LUCA.

Nathaniel Luca would be nice as would Luca Nathaniel.

For girls name I like Ella and I like Emily but not keen on Alexis and Kate.

Emily or Ella Grace sounds cute though!

In the girls my favourite is Elizabeth, and the name Emily, but not together.

i think Nathan Lucas and Ella Kate are beautiful names! i like Elizabeth Emily but i think the to E's dont cling as well. but if you like the name Elizabeth a lot the i also prefer the name,(even though its not on the list) Elizabeth Kate too!Ella Kate is a different and wonderful name and same as Nathan Lucas.

Really you should be making this decision yourselves as you dont know any of us so why you want our opinions is beyond me.

But if you must have a strangers opinion on YOUR child's name then: Boy - Nathan Lucas   Girl - Ella Kate.

Ella Kate just sounds so good together and it has a classy feel to it. I feel like if the boy's name was "William" he would just end up being Will, Willy, Bill or Billy his entire life anyway so what's the point?

BTW, Hayden, Alexander and Kai are all geat for boys too, and Katlyn, Emily and Abigail are all great for girls.
