We paid to host the domain w/yahoo www.envelope.ca and it is unavailable in the yahoo search. What gives?

Question

The domain www.envelope.ca has been pointed to domain www.fancypaper.ca, yet this domain does not show up anywhere when typed in.

Also, we didi the same for domain www.papernapkins.ca which is pointed to www.partypaper.ca. When we type www.papernapkin.ca it shows us this site does not exist yet we paid for it to exhist. So what up?

Are you hosting a web site under that domain now?  If you have web pages available under that domain, you probably still need to submit them to Yahoo's search engine.

Remember that Yahoo's search engine is edited by human beings, not by auto-spiders.  So you'll need to make your submission and then wait for them to add it.
