the coconut milk we produced becomes dented after sterilization in the retort with counter pressure from 0.5 to 1.8 bars with total sterilizing time of 50 mins. The fat matter content of our coconut milk is 22%. However, there are times that we get good results, that is when we use reduced steam pressure of 70 psi. Is the reduced steam pressure affecting the integrity of the cans?
