We purchased Bejeweled 2 a year ago, and it disappeared and we can't play it anymore, where did it go?

i contacted Bejeweled itself and they didn't respond. We have the proof of purchase and it was on my home page, but it won't let me play the game. It wants me to purchase it again. Why???
