  1. this seems like a common theme these days.  This is like the 5th time I'm reading about this kind of dealer problem.

    Try to contact your local Better Business Bureau (or your local trade commission) and may be you can force them to give you a deal.

  2. If they can't finance you, you will get your car back and you give them theirs (if you have taken delivery). Pretty simple to resolve. You can't force them to deal if you don't meet financing qualifications.

  3. You would just give them their car and get yours back along with any money that you paid them. I recommend getting your own finance company next time. If the dealership finds financing for you they end up making a percentage of the amount that you financed on top of the base price of the car.

  4. I read somewhere that if you have some credit problems, you can avail of a certain type lease. It's what we call the sub-prime car leasing. Perhaps it would help you.

    This type of lease would give you a good pricing plan because it is reflective of your credit situation.
