basically my question is about that our registry is one and plot is one but two sepate house is constructed on it. we take separetly electric, water or sewage connection. and in registry our share is inditified separetly by name and plot number.

so we are sell our part without signiture or interfearence of second partner.

  1. Assuming you got full planning permission to build the two houses, you will now have to go back to your planning authority, and apply to sub-divide the plot to make it two separate plots.

  2. Wow, that made no sense.

  3. the plot is in the joint name.

first you both have to get the partition deed registered demarcating the boundaries between you both.

then both of you can individually deal with your respective piece of property
