Why are we paying to rebuild there towns, bridges and buildings when they hold the wealth in oil?

  1. They don't have that much in oil profits...............before we bombed them (the first time) they were a top producer.............Not much now compaired to before.......

  3. The US rebuilt Europe and Japan too.  it isn't like we haven't done this before.  The oil profits should go back to Iraq for the rebuilding effort.
