We say we like change, but why not we accept change when someone wants to bring it in our office?

During a conference anyone is allowed to make suggestions about changing tactics .. or bring in new ideas but they have to be voted on and approved by everyone.. if the majority don't like the idea. then there will be no change.. but the right to make suggestions exist.. it will be discussed and it's pros and cons will be weighed in the balance but if the cons outway the pros. then it will be squashed. it could ruin the company.. but keep up making suggestions.. x*x
