  1. You mean, you don't like the ones that start, "Why in the world would you ever homeschool your kids?  Don't you realize you're scarring them for life and ruining their chance at a normal life?"  Darn, I live for those.  j/k...

I kind of cringe every time I see "What do you think of homeschooling?", I've got to admit.

I like the questions that are honestly and respectfully asked, either by people who are considering homeschooling or are new at it.  I wish I had something like this available to me when I started homeschooling...wow, could I have used the advice of experienced homeschool families around the world!  The trolls can go ahead and keep to themselves, but I really value the opinions and advice of a lot of people on here.

I also like the questions raised by a lot of the homeschoolers on here - about curriculum, things happening in politics, and just points of view.  It's fun to see the different viewpoints everyone has!

  2. You could tell that I was tired of repetitive questions?  Was it my sarcasm or my curtness?  (smile)

I would love to hear a few sincere questions.   The one asked the other day about finding if it is true that our homeschooled teens are 'missing out'.   That was a good question.  It gave us a chance to think and to respond with our experience and opinion.

  3. Hummm....

How about a home school teen asking "How can I show my Mom how much I appreciate her?"

    lol
