We two guys saw a transparent man walking on the road at around 9:30 pm night...?:(?

we two guys saw a transparent man walikng on the road....It was some 9:30 during night ,,,we were on the way to our room...Suddenly an SUV passed by ..and there was a man also going in our direction talking on his phone...Suddenly we saw a man of some similar to the former's height coming in our direction....As he approached near to us we were thundered and shocked....The man was transparent like it was made of air..like we see in some television adds..we thought of it as image formation but then it was walking...What could it be ?A proof of a parallel world or an illusion(we were two guys and and the man was at a very close distance and passed right beside from ours) or a ghost..But it carried on straightly and didnt turn behind or harmed us....

I think it was a ghost. If you guys both saw the thing, and didn't just imagine it. It was real.
