We want to move to West Hamspead - where are the most reasonable 2 bedroom flats to buy int he area?

Question

We want to be close to the action, are not rich (i.e on a budget) - but love the area!

1) Any advice / help / experience would be great!

2) How much are we looking at for a decent 2 bedroom?

3) Any good estate agents?

We are broke, but don't want to move to the suburbs!

West Hampstead is a pretty expensive area and you will probably struggle to find a two bed place that is is your price range. Two beds start at about 200K but that will probably require work or be ex-council. You could look at nearby Kilburn which is more reasonable with decent property and good access to WH, although that is now undergoing gentrification!
