Consult a Trade mark Attorney, he will take care . You do not get GLOBAL.

You will not be able to register it in Inda. However we can still peruse the matter to be advertised. Incase there is no objection from any 3rd party then we may get it registered. However the registration is very weak as it can always be rectified or cancelled on a later date.
