We went on a cruise to Jamaica and Grand Cayman Islands. My daughter came off the ship on Thursday and?

and on Sunday until now has severe diarreah. Has that happened to anyone? Did she pick it up on the ship or on the Islands? We are going to the doctor. I just was curious if anyone else had it.

She most likely picked up something in Jamaica or even Grand Caymen, not from the ship. I got "it" in Mexico. I drank some water that was offered to me while on a shore excursion. I assumed it was bottled water, but guess it wasn't. I just took imodium for mine and it cleared it up right away.

Something similar happened to me a few years in the Caribbean.  I had an intestinal infection.  I was drinking unbottled water.  Did she brush her teeth with tap water, drink any local water or drink anything with ice in it ?

It could have been something she ate over there(food poisoning), or the sea sickness somehow got to her very badly.

Whether she got it on the islands or the ship would be hard to identify, just go to the doctor and see what they can figure out!

Nothing to worry about as long as theirs no signs of blood or anything of the like.
