We woke this morning and found about 20, 1 inch white worms crawling along the floor/ wall! What are they?

dang boy....those are some biiig maggots....something might have crawled into your house and died....or....they came from the pipelines of your house...sometimes the accumulated gunk in the pipes/drains on the floor/sink become the lair for maggots especially if the pipes for the kitchen sink are in series with the pipes for the floor drain...hope it helps....or....the drain pan of your refrigerator has yucky murky water for maggots to hatch into....:)

Sounds like maggots. Dont worry just sweep them up and put outside will make a meal for birds. They are just fly eggs that hatch. Probably had fly in house that laid them. is there something rotten or spoiled around or a cat box things like that attract them. Dont spray bug killer if you have any other pets in house especially birds.

It is white worms or anchor worms I think. I have them in my aquarium and so far they haven't killed any fish..
