  1. I like shih-tzu's because they are so sweet and very gentle. I also love their beautiful coats!

  2. papillons

  3. Boston Terrier. :D

They're active, smart, pretty easy to train, they love people and other dogs, super playful and just plain cute. :D

  4. I love Yorkies (Cant you tell from my screename?) beacuse:

    - Their small

    - Their good for allergy suffers

    - Their little terriers

    - Their cute

    - They are so small but they have big personalities

Take this quiz to see what dog is best for you:

  5. Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are my favorite breed, not because i have one because of alot of reasons. They are in the toy dog group section. Cavaliers are known to be so friendly and good with kids...They are quiet and don't bark alot and are also very good with other animals and very gentle with everything. They are very beautiful dogs and if you are looking for a dog in the toy section i really recommend you getting a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Please if you have any questions email me at ilovemycavalier@rocketmail.com. Good Luck and try to adopt a dog and save a life! Also, Cavaliers have long fur but do not require as much grooming as for ex. an Golden Retriever. Every other day a little brush will do just fine. They just need maybe a little walk everyday to keep healthy but nothing major...Maybe all some play ball in the backyard if you have one. Good Luck and there are links below.

  6. definitely cavalier king charles - I have 2 so am a tad biased!!

  9. Poodles, they are so cute, so smart, and they don't cause allergies (their fur is really human grade hair)...I have one, I am so happy with him, he is sweet, smart, cuddly and beautiful.

  10. I would say, yes Chihuahua. They are cute and smart and funny and fun and happy and bouncy :)

Or maybe a Jack Russell or Cavelier King Charles Spaniel. Or possibly Yorkie or Shihtzu, or maybe a Pomeranian if you have the time. They are very hyper, sweet, playful, energetic, cute and most importantly friendly and loving.

If you want my honest opinion, get a mongrel. A mix toy. Very cute with a better temperament and usually better looks, plus they are less prone to health problems, and they cost so much less.

  11. Depends on your lifestyle and what kind of personality is appealing.

The Boston terrier is very clownish and expressive, and enjoys decent length walks and tricks - are good to have if you entertain a lot.

Breeds like the Havanese and Maltese have gorgeous hair and enjoy their human's companies - are good to have if you entertain a lot.

Miniature and Toy poodles don't have personality to me - but that's just me.  Toy poodles especially seem to have some screws loose upstairs, but I have been acquainted with a few nice ones.

The Italian grehound can be a good addition - they tend to be skittish if not properly socialized, and enjoy a good, long walk.

Chihuahuas can vary quite a bit in personality - if you treat him like you would a Labrador or St. Bernard, however, you're bound to get an even-headed and unspoiled dog.  They can be quite fun.

Papillons are gorgeous and known to be very cat-like in their behavior.

To surprise everyone, why not pick up a Chinese crested?  They are a great conversation piece!

  12. I like pugs. They r great dogs.... but chihuahuas r great 2. Good Luck~

  13. I love Yorkies. I hear they don't shed. I'm not a fan of the really short haired Chilhuahuas because they seem so shaky and fragile.

I LOVE teacup poodles as well, (Yes I know that is not a true breed but you can find them easily in the newspaper)

But it's kind of a hassard if you have stairs because they are so small they can fall down them.

  14. Id have a toy terrier. I just think they're so little and sweet.

  15. I like Pomeranians, the ones I have met are very sweet, bright and spunky, delightful and aware of everything.

But they do have a very big thick coat with 2 layers. It takes some time to groom. And they shed a LOT

    here's a pic of one- http://www.petuniversity.com/assets/003/...

  16. I think Chihuahua's would probably be good, the litters are usually small and people love Chihuahuas. They are very sweet dogs, even though they can get a little yappy. The litters are between 1-3 pups, but I have seen 4 pup litters before. I have a friend who breeds teacup chihuahuas and they had 4 pups in their last litter, another one of my friends was breeding mini boston terriers, but the mom died after she had the pups I think. I think chihuahuas are pretty good dogs.

    Hope I could help!

  17. Pugs or french bulldogs. I own a 6 month old boxer, a 3 year old pug, a 2 year old pug and 1 year old french bulldog. All of them are great and keep me constantly entertained.

    Good luck,

    Seinna

  18. I have a Peekapoo (pekinese, poodle mix). He is adorable and very sweet.  He weighs 7lbs.

  19. I like Yorkies and Toy Poodles. Other than that I like West Highland Terriers.
