Question:

Weak Legs pain in left knee?

I'm 14 years old, I'm a runner, I also play basketball, and for the past few months I've had this pain under my left knee cap and when I bend my leg, ocassionally, it makes a popping sound. I don't know if it's runners knee, growing pains, or something else. It would be nice if you could tell me what that is. Also, I can find I have less energy during some parts of the day. It's hard for me to balance and I don't feel like jumping. Sometimes I have these bursts and I don't mind trying to jump as high as I can and exercising. What's up with me?

  1. hey im a runner too, my knees have been bothering me when its bent for a long series of time. What I do is take magnesium (with some Zinc) to increase the strength of he bones a joints. To tell you the truth its probably no runners knee, its its just probable that something may be wrong with your knee, dont be afraid though. The magnesium helps a wholeeeeeeeeeee lot. Your energy differences could be your not eating right, your not getting the right pattern of sleep, and/or its really all in your mind. If you know ur gunna be tired ur gunna be tired, but who knows. Just try to not worry about it that much. Ask to buy magnesium, take one pill a day until it doesnt hurt anymore, than save the rest if you ever get injured. Good luck

  2. As you are just 14,and also i don't think you are a professional,so it is unlikely to be a runners knee. I think you may have been injured in the play,so better go to a doctor.

  3.   sounds like you have adhd, to me, if i were you, i would look it up

on google nhsdirect, and that may give you some idea.

if you , think  it is that then go to see gp. about it.
