  1. My trainer used to make us chew bubble gum while we did our road work, he believed it help strengthen the muscles in your neck and face.

  2. the only thing you can do is avoid being hit! keep your chin down and your guard up!

  3. strengthen your neck, your neck is the shock absorber for your head, i dont know if you train at a boxing gym but if you do they can show you the excercise's, if you have no boxing experience than it could simply be that your are not standing in a proper fighting stance and therefore your balance is off, and if your balance is off, its not your chin at all, its just how your body weight is situated. I definantly suggest getting a trainer and getting started amateur boxing/MMA or whatever your into. a chin is something you are born with, but it also depends on your heart and desire and determination, another thing people dont realise is that your chin can be affected by stamina, it takes alot out of your body to get up after being knocked down

  4. Well if u were hurt, yes you do have a weak chin, if you weren't hurt, it means your balance sucks. There's not much you can do to improve that, getting your neck stronger helps, but not much. Best thing you could do is avoid getting hit and counter

  5. You're probably born with it, but that doesn't mean you can;t improve it.  I agree with Ironcletus:  strengthen your neck.  Sonny Liston used to stand on his head and rock back and forth to strengthen his neck.  Cleveland "Big Cat" Williams clocked him and Sonny hardly blinked -- and Williams was one of the hardest punchers in heavyweight history.

You should probably go to a gym and asked a professional how to start working on your neck.  I'm not sure it would be a good idea to start standing on your head right away because of the weight, but it sure worked for Liston.

    Good luck.
