Wear what with blue jeans?

I have dug out some unworn blue boot cut jeans that needed taking up 2/3 inches, for a year or so I've only worn black jeans. My question is what going out top should I wear with them I've seen a couple I like but 1 is black the other i can't really tell the colour of on the net. Do black and blue match, which colours would be good with blue?

I would say that it depends on the shade of the jeans if they are light then I suggest white or light colors if they are dark black is good or darker colors like red or teal, but mostly everything goes with jeans

most things go with jeans but balck may not be the best colour. brown, creams, reds, and purple with really dark blue. but the black would probs look okayy but i'm sure you could get a better colour. hope i have helped! :)

You can wear anything with blue jeans.  I think that a black top with blue jeans looks really sophisticated.
