Wearable spy camera resolution question?

thinking about buying one of those spy camreas my question is what is it mean when it say 382 tv lines? is that good bad or in the middle,i want a cean crisp picture,what do you recomend?best answer gets ten points and five stars!

That's the resolution.  More is better. 382 lines is about the same as analog television or a camcorder.  Compared to a regular digital camera's still image, it sucks.  Compared to a regular digital camera's video capabilities, it's probably not too bad.

Note the third link. Both pictures have the same official digital resolution, but the left one is obviously more clear.  That's why comparing quality is actually more complicated than just comparing lines.
