Wearing My Retainer Help?

I have to wear my retainer all the time...but I was wondering what your opinions were about not wearing it a school, for about 6 hours a day, will anything bad happen? I'll still wear it afterwards...

i say the only time you should take it out is when ur eating and nothing elsa

I would definately wear them all the time. The first 6 months after getting them off is when your teeth are most sensitive and likely to shift back if you don't wear it. I would wear it all the time except for brushing my teeth or eating. You can occasionally take it out for like an hour or so maybe, but it still might be a little risky.

Like the first person said you should wear it all the time (except for eating and brushing your teeth) for the first six months.
