I am crossdressing as a girl for halloween.

I am possibly wearing a mini skirt.

Do I wear the skirt around my waist or hips?

depends on the skirt but most now are around the hips although some are designed for the waist.

Generally, it sits at your hips.  Wear it where it feels most comfortable.  Have fun and be safe.

A mini skirt? Hips... BUT there are so many different styles that you should ask a woman at the store how to wear it... I mean it... Just ask a woman at the store...

In this day and age, a guy asking about this sort of stuff isn't even 'strange' any more...

If they get wierd about it... Tell them it is for your girlfriend and she is very picky about how her skirts wear.

Be S****y.  Wear around your hips and get a clip on earring for your belly button. Make sure you wear a thong that shows out the back. You know what I'm talking about.  Go all the way with it and have fun.
