Wearing underwear when sleeping? yes or no?

do you wear underwear to bed? and should you wear a bra too when you sleep?

I sleep naked but i do sleep with a sheet............even as a kid i didn't sleep with clothes on.....it could be i don't like wearing clothes at all when my kids are gone i walk around my house naked

I wear underwear to bed. As long as you wear cotton underwear, then your "area" will still breathe in underwear. Wearing a bra is personal preference when you sleep. Most women don't wear one though, because they think it's uncomfortable. It's not embarrassing, as long as you wear a shirt.

Yeah underwear is fine. And i wear underwear to bed i could sleep without lol.And ur not ment to sleep with a bra on because it can cause risks of breat cancer and stop ur b***s from growing. So iwouldnt wear i bra ne more.

It's better not to wear underwear to bed, be it panties or bra.  If you live with your family wear comfy pajamas or shorts and a shirt.  It's good to let your body breathe at night.  If you're too uncomfortable to leave your undies during sleep make sure they're cotton.  Also if you want a little breast support when you sleep i suggest light cotton bra or a tank top.  Hope this helps!

My mum tells me to take my knickers off before bed to let air get to my v****a lol.

My mum is also convinced I shouldnt wear a bra for bed (mainly underwire ones) as they could stop blood circulation. According to my mum anyway.

It depends on what makes you comfy, My mom doesn't wear undies to bed and that's just what she likes. You shouldn't wear a bra to bed, It's better to let your b*****s have a little air.

i dont wear a bra to bed but i wear underwear. it doesnt really matter to me its just a natural instinct for me to take my bra off before bed.

Generally, I think it's pretty good to sleep without those s**y parts covered up.  However, I learned the hard way that there are circumstances when you should wear panties.  For the sake of your gentlemen friends, please wear panties if you're on your period while sleeping with a man.

I wear a thong all day and change into cotton granny panties to sleep LOL, my poor husband! I take off the s**y ones to get into bed w/him, but a thong really s*cks to sleep in.

i wear both. some people sleep naked, but i think thats akward [for me anyways..] but whatever you want to do, do it. :)

and don't listen to 'emma'-- wearing a bra will DEFENITLY not cause breast cancer, and it will NOT stop your b*****s from growing! i've never heard anything crazier...!
