Weather Channel?

Ok i have dish network...how do i get my weather on the local on the 8's (weather channel)

go to channel 100, then press #2 ,and then press #1, and set up Your local info and presto!!!

In short: You can't with any satellite provider. Instead, it will say "Press Select for local weather" or something like that. Then, press the select button on the remote and add your closest city. It will remember that city if you choose "Save as favorite" or something like that in the "Add City" box. If it's an older model that doesn't support Channel 100, then it won't work.
