Weather Forecast image through IP?

Question

Is there a weather forecast that allows you to view your local weather forecast though the IP you are currently on? Also one that can be set as an IMG such as in bbcode [img][/img] or html?

That tells a persons weather just by their IP or computer settings?

If someone could please tell me that would be awesome!

hmm.. i dont think there is weather forecast image through IP or computer .. most of weather site provide weather forecasting based on your location that needs you to mention where your location is or what city are you belonging.
