Dear Sir or MamI just noticed my air conditioner weatherking model # 10AJB30A01 has been backing up into the floor of the house yesterday and we cleaned it up. We checked the outside condensate drain and it doesn't appear to be blocked but there is no drainage like before. Please advise if there is an inside connection to the condensate drain that needs to be checked or if there is a way to flush from the inside. The house is new and is only less then 3 years old.
