Weather King kicking on an off

Question

I'm trying to figure out if our weather king system has a heat pump. The model number is re34236c175b2005ap, and the serial is 6006e24458. We're having problems with our system shutting on and off again, taking over two hours to climb two degrees. Also, where are the filters on this thing? An instruction manual would be helpful...
