  1. I'm the same and find sticky weather harder to run in than other weather conditions.

I think its partly psychological that on a warm dry day you feel better and so this mental boosts gives you an extra edge to your running. The dryness is also good because your sweat can evaporate and cool you down allowing your muscles to work better. The same on a cold day, your muscles are kept cooler and work better. On a sticky day - when there is a high hmidity, then your sweat cant evaporate so well, so you cant cool off and this may affect your running.

  2. It depends on the person, all our bodies are different. I have no problem running in the heat and humidity-although others do

  3. I find it harder to run in cold when I'm living somewhere that effects my asthma or I'm out of shape. Warm weather I like. Feeling the beads of sweat roll down my forhead drives me. I'm not answering your question here. The answer's pretty obvious really.

  4. i find this aswell its because the heat makes u

sweat more and harder to maintain a quick

speed.but when its a cold or rainy day its

easier to continue running at quick pace for longer

    hope i have helped
