Weather during September in Bremen?

Hi I am going to Bremen in Germany during the first week of September and since I come from a very hot country, I need to know what clothes should I carry! Thanks

Germany has very district seasons.  I lived there for 5 years and found that summer is very hot, winter is very cold, fall is brisk, and spring is warm.

I remember one year the weather went instantly from being hot, to brisk and damp overnight once September hit.

Bring a jacket and pants.

the average temperature is 57 F so its still pretty warm.
