  1. Hard to say what the weather will be like in two weeks.  But it's quite common on the coast, anywhere in the world, for rain and thunderstorms in summer.  Doesn't mean it's going to rain all day, everyday.  It's usually just a shower.

The weather in Venice and the coast will probably be hot, sunny, with the occassional shower.

Really, forget the weather and just enjoy.  It's such a beautiful part of the world, and so much to see.  Get out there and have a ball.

  2. in this period of the year it's (generally) sunny in italy, don't worry!however, pay attention to the weather, it might be changeable, with thunderstorms, also violent and if there is a storm the climate gets a bit cooler. sorry if I made some mistakes i'm italian :-) enjoy your holiday in italy! ciao

  3. I am here right now and it is raining off and on but the storms do not last long and I have been out every day. Yesterday I even got a little sun burn between the storms.

  4. Summer weather in Italy is usually hot, with possible thunderstorms (one every few days). Thunderstorms are generally short and welcome, they bring a little refreshment.

Of course, the souther you go, the hotter the weather is.

  5. Hey don't worry you are getting away from our lovely summer and going to Italy where you will get some nice warm weather.

  6. ha ha......... should of booked to come to the south it's not rained here for about 3 weeks..... but it's so hot
